Cancellation Policy

BOOKING TAROT READING When booking online, the minimum fee for 8 people will be the deposit. The company will reach out via phone call to confirm details and will send a payment request for the remaining amount for guest counts over 8 people. To secure your appointment date, payment of the entire fee is required at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable and ensures your spot is reserved. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS' NOTICE: If you cancel or reschedule your session within 48 hours of the scheduled time, your fee will not be refunded NO-SHOWS: If you do not attend your session without prior notice, the full session fee is non-refundable RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION WITH 48 HOURS' NOTICE: If you provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule, your fee will be applied to the new session date. Any refunds are at the companies discretion and do not include the fees for credit cards. LATE ARRIVALS To ensure the best experience for all clients, please be aware that if you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. The full session fee will apply, as my time is dedicated to you during the booked period. This policy allows me to maintain the quality and consistency of service for everyone.​ If my schedule permits and you would like to extend our time, payment can be made for 30 minute increments at $60.00 at any time. PROVIDER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session at any time. In such cases, your full session fee including any applicable credit card fees charged on invoice will be fully refunded within 10 days of cancelling/rescheduling.​ By booking a large group tarot reading, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
