HYPNOSIS SERVICES

For new clients, the initial intake sessions last 2 hours. The times listed below are reserved for existing clients with an established file.

SELF-CONFIDENCE STRENGTHENING (1.5 HR)

STRESS RELEASE (1.5 HRS)

If you feel that a lack of self-confidence is hindering your ability to fully enjoy life, this session could be a great fit for you. We will work together to identify the underlying causes, set meaningful goals, and use hypnosis to help you reconnect with the most empowered version of yourself.

When life’s challenges build up, it’s natural to feel tense and overwhelmed. In this session, we will focus on identifying the main sources of your stress. By setting goals and utilizing hypnosis, you will be guided to release unproductive feelings and thoughts, helping you regain a sense of balance and empowerment.

RELAXATION (1.5 HRS)

In our busy lives, with constant demands and juggling responsibilities, this session offers you a chance to pause and take a deep breath. Through hypnosis, you will release physical tension and calm your mind, leaving you feeling more refreshed and revitalized than when you arrived.

OVERCOMING FEARS (2 HOURS - MULTI SESSION)

This journey may involve multiple sessions, particularly if the fear feels intense. During each session, you remain fully in control as we gently and progressively address your fear through hypnosis. Please be assured that the fear itself is not physically present, and you are never in danger. You are in a safe space, with my guidance and voice, supporting you at a pace that is comfortable for you.

GAINING SELF-CONTROL (1.5 HRS - MULTI-SESSION)

EMBRACING ACCEPTANCE (1.5 HRS)

This session is designed to address the habits you wish to change. Whether you're aiming to save money more consistently or commit to a healthier lifestyle, we will use hypnosis to enhance the natural qualities you already possess. By setting realistic goals, we will work together to support your success and reinforce positive changes.

SELF-COMPASSION BUILDING (1.5 HRS)

Everyone experiences moments of self-criticism, but when it starts to dominate your thoughts and feelings, it’s important to recalibrate. In these sessions, we focus on reconnecting with your inner voice that offers love and support, while gently guiding the inner critic to take a back seat.

This session focuses on addressing the repetitive, swirling thoughts we often hold about situations we are unable or not yet ready to change. When the demands of loved ones or your environment become overwhelming, this session helps you accept these circumstances for what they are and refocus your energy on establishing healthy boundaries and fostering self-love. My approach emphasizes understanding and compassion, recognizing that you may not be ready for major changes and guiding you towards inner peace.

*Please note: This session is intended for everyday issues and is not suitable for situations involving abuse. If you are experiencing abuse, please seek support from domestic violence services or call 911 in an emergency.

(At this time, I do not offer smoking cessation or weight release, though some of the above sessions may inadvertently assist with that)
